Please note that, given the perishable nature of meats and seafood, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a specific issue with your order. However, if you encounter any problems, please reach out to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery at support@highsocietymeats.com to initiate the return request process. If your return is approved, we will be more than happy to provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the proper location and method for returning your package. Please keep in mind that returning items without obtaining prior authorization will unfortunately not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you carefully inspect the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you happen to receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately, within 48 hours from the time of delivery. This will enable us to promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, any requests made after 48 hours may require special review or may be rejected completely.
Refunds
Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your return request, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or disapproval of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the timeframe for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund may vary and may take some time.
